The Role

As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the first line of support and partnership for our enterprise customers. You’ll help onboard new sites, train client teams, and ensure that Kenai’s solutions deliver on compliance, safety, and operational efficiency. You’ll collaborate closely with product, operations, and sales to ensure our clients succeed long after the contract is signed.

What You’ll Do

  • Onboard new enterprise clients, including setup, training, and configuration.
  • Support day-to-day client queries across banking, estates, and data centre environments.
  • Ensure compliance reporting is accurate, timely, and audit-ready.
  • Track and communicate ROI, showing customers the value of Kenai in reduced risk, time savings, and compliance outcomes.
  • Collaborate with product and integrations teams to surface client feedback and guide roadmap priorities.
  • Maintain client health scores and prepare reports for leadership.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Enterprise Support.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfort working with enterprise clients and multiple stakeholders.
  • Organised and proactive, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Based in Cape Town or Johannesburg, with occasional travel to client sites.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with enterprise SaaS or security/compliance software.
  • Familiarity with CRM or customer success platforms (HubSpot, Gainsight, or similar).
  • Exposure to access control, visitor management, or enterprise IT systems.
